You draw the line! This creamy, waterproof eyeliner pencil glides on smoothly to deliver every look with ease.  You can wing it or smudge it, either way our long-wear, highly pigmented formula will allow you to perfect any line. 

Directions: Simply twist the retractable pencil up our down and apply to the lash line avoiding the inner eye area.
