Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For all domestic orders, shipping/ delivery typically takes an ADDITIONAL 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed.
Please Note, any delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service / Courier delays are outside of our control.
You will be provided with a tracking number to track your package via email (if the correct email address was provided by the customer) once we ship your order. We ask that you contact the postal service/courier if your package is delayed after it leaves our facility. You can reach us at info@TheSugarCase.com if you have any questions regarding your order.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES, LOST PACKAGES OR PACKAGES SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
In the event your order is missing or lost in the mail, we advise that you follow up and file a claim with the postal service/ courier. All packages are insured. We will not replace or refund for lost or missing packages.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat rate shipping: We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping for domestic orders within The United States for any order under 59.99. Shipping over $60 is free unless otherwise stated. This does not apply to US Territories or countries outside of The United States. Shipping Charges will be displayed at the time of checkout. These rates are subject to change and will be displayed on our website and at time of checkout.
Flat rate shipping outside of The United States including US Territories: We currently offer $29.99 flat rate shipping to any country outside of the United States and to US Territories for any order. Shipping Charges will be displayed at the time of checkout. These rates are subject to change and will be displayed on our website and at time of checkout. We will ship with a courier that's most cost effective and the courier's information will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.
Free Shipping: We currently offer Free Shipping for any domestic order over $60 shipping within The United States. This does not apply to US Territories or any county outside of The United States. If your order qualifies, Free Shipping will be specified at the time of check out. Free Shipping rules are subject to change and will be displayed on our website.
Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup: We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time.
Additional International Shipping information:
We offer international shipping to any country outside of the United States. However, we ask that you email us at info@The SugarCase.com prior to placing your order. This will allow us to check if there are any additional import/export rules that may cause a delay. Depending on your destination, customs issues or any potential issues outside of our control, please expect a international delivery time of 8-20 days. Please email us if you have questions or need to check your order status. We will ship with a courier that's most cost effective and the courier's information will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Sugar Case is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@TheSugarCase.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
At this time we ship all domestic orders via USPS. Please review the delivery policy at the facility where your P.O. Box is held prior to placing your order. Depending on your package size they may reject your order which is out of our control.
